From the main screen.
Goto Configuration -> Edit Accounts -> Add
Enter the information in the relevant sections.
Your userid and password will have been provided when your account was set up.
Your userid is your full email address, eg yourname@yourdomain.com
The SMTP server (send) must be the mail server provided by your ISP, eg mail.bigpond.com
You can not use the mail.yourdomainname server to send emails.
